Place the brush on the area where the tooth meets the gum. Start at the top right outside of the teeth, near the cheek, and work your way around to the top left side.
Repeat for the inside of the teeth, near the roof of the mouth, and brush the biting surfaces, too.
Repeat steps 2 & 3 for lower teeth.
Your timer will remind you when you have been brushing for 2 minutes, which is the optimal amount of time for brushing to maintain excellent oral health!
